RESERVATION & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
40% deposit of the total reservation cost must be paid for every reservation within 7 business days of booking.
If the deposit is not received within the 7 business days, we reserve the right to make the dates available for other reservations.
The deposit is always required and paid at booking. The balance must be paid at the latest one week prior to arrival. If agreed in advance, the remaining balance can also be paid in cash on arrival, contact us for this. On departure, the remaining costs for consumptions and table d'hôtes dinner are paid in cash. It is not possible to pay any of the remaining balances after departure. We do not accept credit cards. Any complaint can be considered as a reason for non-payment. All our prices include VAT and local taxes.
Cancellation policy: A reservation at La Plantade does not include cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation the following arrangement is made: the deposit can be converted into a voucher for future use, and this is only in case of emergencies, and up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, the advance deposit payment will be considered as compensation and not returned. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with your insurer to cover any cancellations. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
